Masterchef Zepter Hotel Belgrade first came to Belgrade ten years ago. Always in an incredibly good mood, he exudes reliability like a brother, which Serbs understand perfectly. Born in Zagreb, he has cooked all over the world, mostly for the rich and famous with pampered palates. A chance encounter brought him back to Belgrade after he had already become a doctor of molecular gastronomy. He introduced lemon balloons and raspberry glass to our hedonistic habits, which easily turns into shards when in a "dertu" state. A special place is held by mangalica fat candles that melt with cuttlefish ink scones. Zepter mono cake is dedicated to childhood, when we loved only poppy seeds from juicy homemade strudel. He even managed to surpass the legendary bellini from the mythical Harry’s bar. His personality could be summed up in a sentence: I am Damir Sertić, and I live my dream.
